Undergraduate Program

Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT) offers 58 undergraduate programs in 8 disciplines, including engineering, science, management science, economics, law, education, art and medical science, etc, with over 26,000 registered undergraduate and vocational students. Dedicated in training quality talents, ZJUT lays much emphasis on three incorporations: incorporation of teaching content & objectives and national technological innovation, incorporation of talent cultivation and provincial economic development, and incorporation of professional education and discipline development. Thus, much effort has been made on the deepening of educational reform, optimization of cultivating mode, and improvement of teaching facilities to provide better learning conditions and environment for students. Currently, there are 2 national quality courses, 8 provincial key programs, 2 provincial demonstration centers and 15 provincial quality courses in ZJUT. Till now, ZJUT has won four 2nd class awards of national education achievement, 31 provincial awards of education achievement. In the latest 5 years, ZJUT students have won over 40 national awards and 250 provincial awards. In 2003, ZJUT successfully passed the teaching quality assessment conducted by the National Ministry of Education.
In the next five years, ZJUT will continue to prioritize teaching & research, and endeavor to become a first-class university both in teaching and research, aiming at training more quality talents for the invigoration and prosperity of Zhejiang province and even China.
