• Copies of 5 articles with covers & table of contents of the corresponding publications;

• Copies of articles included or quoted in SCI/EI;

• Copies of certificates of research projects and academic achievements;

• Copies of certificates of professional, technical posts & academic posts and copies of the invitations to seminars;

• Plans and goals for the post.

Adequate research/teaching conditions and appropriate living conditions will be provided.

2 ． Recruitment Program of “Qianjiang Scholarship” Professors

Qualifications:

• Has been working as a teacher and a researcher, under the age of 45;

• Of doctor's degree;

• Of superior academic achievements widely acknowledged at home and abroad;

• Of much potential, bearing innovative ideas for research and discipline construction and being capable of improving academic level;

• Of team-work spirit and leadership skill.

During the employment, specially invited professors will enjoy special subsidy (100 thousand RMB per year)
and scientific research found (500-1000 thousand RMB).

3 ． Recruitment Program of “Canal Scholarship” Professors

Qualifications: the same as “Qianjiang Scholarship Professors”

During the employment, the specially invited professor will enjoy special subsidy (80 thousand RMB per year)
and scientific research found (100-200 thousand RMB).

4 ． Recruitment Program of “Canal Scholarship” Chair Professors

Qualifications:

• High-level scholars at home and abroad;

• Of innovative ideas for research and discipline construction and being capable of improving academic level;

• Availability of working as a chair professor in the university for 1-3 months per year.

During the employment, chair professors will enjoy subsidy (15 thousand RMB per month), and scientific research
fundation will be granted according to the actual condition. During the working period, accommodation is provided.

5. Program of Introducing Intellectual Resource from Abroad

Qualifications:

• Foreign experts or scholars, or outstanding return overseas with right of permanent residence, who are of the availability of working continuously in the university for one year;

• Outstanding overseas talents, who are of the availability of working in the university for more than 3 months per year.

The above-mentioned personnel will enjoy subsidy (4-8 thousand RMB), scientific research fund (2050-100 thousand RMB)
and an international return air-ticket per year.
