Department of Teaching Affairs
The Department of Teaching Affairs is a institution responsible for teaching management of undergraduate education and vocational training, including the arrangement of teaching plans, management of teaching activities, management of registration and academic certificates, experiments and field practice, organization of academic contests, assessment of teaching quality, planning and construction of disciplines, majors, courses & teaching materials, etc. The Department of Teaching Affairs consists of three Offices: Teaching Office, Educational Administration Office and Teaching and Research Office, with 18 staff members, of whom 2 are of senior professional title and 4 of intermediate professional title.

Personnel Department is responsible for faculty development, personnel transfer, personnel training, staff's wages, insurance & bonus and post appointment, etc. Its main functions include: regulation of personnel management, planning of faculty development, management of staff members, recruitment of talents of different levels in different disciplines, evaluation of staff members, etc.
